Your audio stays on your device
ShareMic streams your voice live to your connected speaker in real time. If you use the optional recording feature, your recordings are saved as audio files locally on your device only — they are never uploaded to or stored on our servers, and you can delete them anytime.
Information we collect
ShareMic does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or contacts. The app may use Apple's standard, anonymized analytics to understand crashes and overall usage.
Microphone access
ShareMic requests microphone access solely to capture your voice and play it through your selected Bluetooth or AirPlay output while a session is active. Access is used only during live sessions.
Third-party services
Audio output relies on Apple's Bluetooth and AirPlay technologies on your device. ShareMic does not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Children's privacy
ShareMic is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
